We have created and maintain this site in the hope that it will be of interest and value to those interested in any way in the UK wine trade.  The detailed contents area is private, but may be accessed free of charge by registered users on and subject to these conditions.

We operate the site in good faith.   We try to ensure that the information it contains is accurate and up to date to the best of our knowledge, and we believe that any opinions expressed are correct.   But we give you no warranty or guarantee any kind as to its accuracy, and we shall have no legal responsibility or liability whatsoever to you, in respect your use of the site or of any part of its contents or for any error or omission it may contain.

Except where otherwise stated all information is given and any legal opinions are expressed on the basis that English law applies.

Nothing on the site either constitutes or is a substitute for legal advice, and no part of it may be relied upon as justifying any particular step or action.  We will only have legal responsibility to a client who has requested specific advice, for whom we have agreed to act, and from whom we have received all necessary instructions and information.

The English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any dispute that may arise between us in connection with your use of the site, and any such dispute will be governed by and determined in accordance with English law.

By entering the site you will be deemed to have accepted these conditions.   We may vary them from time to time, and by revisiting the site you are deemed to have accepted the conditions in force at the time of your visit.

We may cancel the registration and permitted access of any user, and/or refuse registration to any proposed user, at any time and without having to give any reason for doing so.
