Our wine trade clients have included:

• one of the ten biggest wine producers in the world;  

• one of the Old World's biggest exporters to the UK;

• wine producers' trade associations in a number of producer countries;  

• numerous individual producers throughout the world;  

• numerous UK agents/distributors, including some of the major players.

We do a lot of our work on the instructions or recommendation of foreign lawyers who normally represent wine producer clients, or producers' associations, in their own jurisdictions.

In many cases where we are asked to advise on potential conflicts between producers and UK their agents/distributors, the other party remains wholly unaware of our involvement.   To reveal that we have advised a particular producer or importer could therefore constitute a commercially sensitive disclosure.  For that reason we operate a strict "no names" policy on this site.  However, we will gladly ask some clients to provide confidential testimonials if required.
